Dunrobin Highland Distillery

On Scotland’s North East coast, forest envelops a castle and meets the sea, spring water gathers in the hills and flows from the sphagnum moss coated hillside down to Golspie Burn. Lush and fragrant, the forest and castle garden meet. Gathering aromatic leaves and roots that reflect earthy and green scents, we shaped our gin to evoke the experience of forest and garden at Dunrobin.

Our gin is distilled in small batches at the distillery we built inside a former milking parlour. We use spring water from the hills above to dilute our botanical distillate to bottle strength.
